Association Portfolio Property Manager - We are a stable expanding local residential management firm looking for an experienced condominium and home owner association portfolio manager. Experience is preferred but not required. 

The community association portfolio manager oversees and directs all phases of the operation of assigned condominium and home owner association properties, including but not limited to, the administration and maintenance of the physical property; to direct and supervise contractors and resources required to keep the property in good physical condition and fiscal operation at all times. To make regular on-site inspections and communicate with the board and property owners. To attend regular board meetings and attend to action items. To prepare annual budgets for review by the board.
